We just got back from a great vacation in Shasta. The weather was hot and the water was cool. We spent a lot of time in the water...my favorite place! The lake was down pretty low. We had to walk down 118 steps to get to our boat, so we got a lot of exercise coming back up to the campground.

The amount of pictures you took brings a tear to my eye - I'M JUST SOOOO PROUD!!!!!!!!!!! It looks like you had a blast .. brings back fun Shasta memories for me. When are WE all gonna do this???!!!!!!!!!! Glad you had fun. I AM SO JEALOUS.

I have never been to Shasta before, but it definitely looks like a place that I would love. The water is my favorite place to be too, and that looks like so much fun! thanks for all the pictures.
