This talk was excellent! Thanks for posting this.
Awesome. I saw the title and knew it would make me cry - so I waited to watch it and finally gave in. I was right. It was a cry-er.. but SO SO GOOD. That talk definitly stood out to me before I saw the video, but now it does even more. Thanks for sharing.
